Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee:

1. Free Shipping on Worldwide Orders.
2. We are not responsible for any extra charge. Customers should be responsible for the duty and customs-related costs once icurred.

3. We cannot send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please provide detailed shipping address when placing orders.

4. Usually, our parts & accessories will ship from China, which may take around 7-15 business days to reach your place. The shipping time may vary during the peak season. We appreciate your understanding and patient waiting. 

5. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Delivery time: 

The Total Delivery Time includes Processing Time & Shipping Time.

Estimated Processing Time: Normally, for products in US/EU warehouse, we need 1-3 business days to prepare your order. For products in China, we need 5-7 business days to prepare. Before shipment, we will do strict quality-control tests, and package the products.

Kindly note a small number of orders may still need about 7-10 business days depending on stock availability.

Estimated Shipping Time: Normally it will take 7-15 business days（some places will take 1-2 months due to the long distance, such as South Africa, etc.)by Standard Shipping method.

Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. We will send you notification emails once your parcel is stated to be shipped out, please wait patiently. We appreciate your kind understanding.

We will update the tracking number by email after the order shipped, and you can also find the tracking number in your account.

*If the package does not arrive in time, please contact us within 3 months after delivery and our agent will respond to you within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Please note that all packages come from our warehouse. All our shipments are duty-paid so you don't have to pay extra.
